Our support costs have gone up. We need to prioritize our existing customers that have supported us through memberships or machine purchases.
You may pay AFTER the service rendered.
- MK Owners - people who bought their systems from MK Quilts - are not charged for support.
- Active subscribers to MKQU are given 50% off charged service.
- Owners of QPI will get the related support for free.
After the call, we will ask others to support us by paying $60 for every 30 minutes that we spend assisting you by paying through our Remote Support product on our online store.
