My wife was working on a quilt and it got down to the last two rows when the hook and basket on our machine froze up. We ordered the new Cerliani hook and basket and paid for next day shipping and had the new product by noon the next day. Just be forewarned that this is not a product that the typical user can install.

The hook assembly is beautifully made and of excellent quality. I'd purchased this many years ago for that "emergency" day. That day came and my machine is back to work. MKQuilts provide reasonably priced, quality parts. More importantly, they provide excellent service and world class technical help.

All products we have ordered from MK Quilts have been genuine Handi Quilter parts, fairly priced, arrived promptly without inflated shipping costs. I trust this company and would recommend them to anyone looking for the above when selecting a vendor.
