I ordered this cable to attach the nose cone of my Regalia to the black box of a Pro-Stitcher table holder. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong one. (2 are required). I scheduled an appointment with their technician and he was amazing. He identified a couple other issues and has the cables I need on the way.
