This is a part for Amaras and Fortes that were setup without the PSP carriage to machine cable secured to the machine. (Early machines did not ship with it.) ***Please note these have recently gotten a new look!

    Retaining Clamp

    The cable from the carriage to the machine was not retained on the back of my Amara, I was having occasional skipped/looped stitches on my quilts. After watching the Q&A about technical issues I checked out the movement of my machine in relation to the wiring on the back, the unrestrained cable was lifting the back carriage wheel intermittently while the machine was moving back and forth. After attaching the clamp, I haven’t had any more problems.
